Abstract B-cell lymphomas can be identified by many clinical findings with signs, symptoms, and changes in the tissue. Splenic B-cell lymphoma is an invasion of the b-cells overtaking the normal white tissue of the spleen. Through research, the ability to identify these clinical symptoms has been boosted. Splenic lymphoma with splenomegaly is the classic identifier for B-cell lymphomas; they may lead to hyperslenism or complete removal of the spleen. There are various classifications of B-cell lymphomas which may be directly or indirectly related to the spleen. There are both large and small B-cell lymphomas. Small B-cell lymphomas are primarily associated with nodal or extranodal specifically, and are also associated with the gastrointestinal tract, predominantly in the stomach. Large B-cell lymphomas are associated with hepatitis C virus infection. Both large and small B- cell lymphomas are characterized as splenic lymphomas. Although the spleen is frequently involved in distributi ng B-cell Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, splenic presentation as the primary or only site of disease is uncommon. Each has normal associations, risk factors, symptoms and prognoses. Sonographically, we are able to visualize and identify such lymphomas.
